Deposits
All bookings require deposits in order to secure an appointment.

Microblading & Saline Removal Bookings - £50

All new Microblading & Saline Removal appointments require a £50 non-refundable deposit which gets deducted from the final price of your treatment.

Consultation / Patch Test - £20

All Consultation & Patch test appointments require a £20 non-refundable deposit which is not contributed to the total cost of your treatment.

Refunds

There are NO Refunds once the treatment has been carried out

 
Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy
Please note that all deposits are non-refundable, meaning if you cancel your appointment completely you will lose your deposit. 
However, you can reschedule your appointment and transfer the deposit to a new date if you give us at least 7 days’ notice prior to your Microblading appointment, and 72hrs notice prior to your Consultation / Patch test or Saline Removal appointment. 
You can only reschedule your appointment 2 times. After this you will have to pay a new deposit for a new booking.

Touch Up / Colour Booster Booking Policy
Touch up sessions are required to be completed 5-8 weeks after your initial microblading treatment. 
If booked after 8 weeks extra fees will apply.
If you require an additional touch up for Microblading this incurs a £50 charge. (There could be a number of reasons as to why you may need an additional session, including aftercare, general skin conditions, or if you would like to enhance your treatment).
9-18 months Touch Up / Booster sessions must be booked in before they fade more than 60-70% and before they lose their shape.

Late Fee Policy
If you are more than 15-20 minutes late to your appointment a late fee of £20-£30 will apply. if you’re 30 minutes late it could lead to your treatment being cancelled and your deposit lost.

Children & Plus ones
We politely ask that you attend your appointments alone. To comply with health and safety regulations we request that children and babies are not brought to the salon. You must be over the age of 18 to have the treatments in our clinic

Consultations / Patch Tests
If you choose to not have a consultation or patch test & decide to get booked in for the treatment, The Brow Lab is not responsible for any reactions or complications caused during or after the treatment as it is HIGHLY recommended that patch tests are to be done before the treatment in order to check how your skin/body reacts.

Contraindications
It is your responsibility to inform us of ANY medication or medical conditions that you may have prior to booking.

The following are examples of contraindications that can prevent a microblading treatment:

• If you’re prone to keloids or hyperpigmentation

• If you have visible redness on the face

• Transmittable blood diseases such as HIV or Hepatitis

• Auto-immune diseases

• If you’ve recently had Botox / filler in the brow area. 

• Any active / visible skin conditions near your eyebrows (Eczema, Severe acne, Rosacea)

• Undergoing active chemotherapy 

• Under 18 years of age

• Pregnant or nursing

• Blood clotting disorders
